Personalised books

Every personalised book is made to your own specification, and we send you a proof to approve before anything is printed. Because of this, personalised books can’t be returned or refunded once printed, unless they arrive damaged or don’t match your approved proof.

Standard books

You can return unused standard books within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email info@visitorbooks.ie before sending anything back. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@visitorbooks.ie with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
